Let's build high-performing teams, streamline processes, and a strong culture, ensuring long term sustainability.
My mantra is simple: Get Sht Done. I’m bold, straightforward, and caring, with integrity at my core. Some colleagues call me “the fixer of everything” because I give every challenge my attention. Whether you’re scaling fast, pivoting hard, or building from scratch, I bring the clarity and momentum to help you move.
Here are a few things that get me excited when working with companies. Helping companies build a team that is efficient, confident, and work in flow. From internal tool launches to automation implementation, I lead with clarity, train with empathy, and always put people at the center of the systems we build.

I launched my sales career in New York City 15 years ago, pivoting into the hedge fund world at Maverick Capital and Galleon Group during the 2009 market collapse. That experience introduced me to software services, where I evaluated companies like Groupon. In 2017, I transitioned from real estate to help transform a consulting firm into a multi-million-dollar SaaS technology. Over the last five years, I’ve 10x’d the valuation of ion Learning and grown the team from 2 to 20. Today, I continue mentoring teams in a number of industries—including those developing AI solutions—ensuring that growth is powered by responsible innovation, ethical data use, and a commitment to building trust.
The COO – sometimes known as the Integrator or Head of Operations – is typically the second in command in a company and reports to the CEO. This person manages and handles the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees and may have a specialty or focus based on their background. For example, I am very involved with product development along side of HR and Accounting.
A COO's can have a number of different types of expertises. The "typical" COO has a multifaceted skill set but may have a specific business unit focus. This is why this role can be complex but versatile. As someone hiring for a COO you need to consider your strengths and weaknesses. Because the COO is the right hand partner to the CEO compatibility and connection is extremely important.
When a company is small, the CEO can generally handle many tasks independently. The CEO is typically a visionary and the COO is typically the Integrator. As more tasks pile up, the day-to-day operations can become too overwhelming and vision can even become clouded for the CEO. The COO helps delegate, priority, and execute on projects and plans. The COO can also take over specific areas that so that the CEO can focus growth, awareness, etc.
The COO's job is to streamline and execute. If you have tons of ideas but you are having a hard time deciding on what to focus on then it's time to hire a COO. The COO ensures that the infrastructure for scale is being built to help sustain the growth ahead in an efficient and effective way.
Here is a great blog on all the different types of COO's
